Pelagic Australia Sunglass Warranty
All Pelagic Polarized Eyewear comes with our 12-month warranty against manufacturing
defects with valid proof of purchase from an authorized Australian Pelagic dealer. Warranty claims will not be processed without receiving the physical sunglasses from the claim and a valid proof of purchase by original owner.
WARRANTY EXCLUDES: Products altered after purchase; damage caused by normal wear and tear including scratched lenses; scratched or broken frames; disfigurement caused by neglectful exposure to extreme temperatures and/or other factors, as determined solely by Pelagic Australia.
If your claim does not qualify for manufacturer defect, is within 12-months from the original purchase date, and falls under normal wear and tear you have the option of replacement sunglasses at a nominal cost. The replacement cost for frames with polycarbonate polarized lenses is $115.00 and the replacement cost for frames with Polarized Mineral Glass is $175.00. Prices exclude shipping charges. EACH ORIGINAL PURCHASE IS LIMTED TO ONE (1) REPLACEMENT AND MUST PROVIDE ORIGINAL PROOF OF PURCHASE AND RETURN ORIGINAL SUNGLASSES TO PELAGIC AUSTRALIA.
Sunglasses that qualify for manufactures defect will be replaced with a new pair of Pelagic Polarized sunglasses of the same style/colour/lens only. All warranty claims will be subject to review and approval. Any sunglasses deemed as a manufacturers defect will be replaced
at no charge. Sunglasses that are deemed to be damaged by normal wear and tear may qualify for Pelagic Australia’s Replacement Program if maximum claims have not been reached and replacement cost fee is paid as per above.

Authorization Number. Please include:
• Proof of purchase
• A picture of the issue
• Description of the defect
• Contact information
Once received, a Pelagic Australia Customer Care team member will reach out to help you through the process. Thank you for choosing Pelagic Gear Australia! Warranty claims not physically received within 30 days of the initial correspondence will require submission of a new warranty application and additional approval.
All shipping costs for warranty claims are the responsibility of the eyewear owner.
The warranty does not affect the legal rights of customers under applicable state or national laws governing the sale of consumer goods.
